encompass consulting has developed skills and expertise in various sectors focusing on small and medium sized businesses and supply chain management. Our focus is in South West Wales.

We work with consultants who have an industrial/commercial background in their sector, and also up to date knowledge of the SME businesses within that sector. They can bring that knowledge and experience to the forefront when negotiating with the larger corporate companies and sub contractors. This ensures that competitive Welsh SMEs with high quality goods and services can compete in a global market.

• We are currently contracted by the Welsh Assembly Government to work with RWE nPower and Alstom to encourage them to work with local suppliers for the construction of the new Power Station.
  
• In Marine Leisure industry we have a remit to build a more cohesive sector which can work together to the benefit of the local economy and compete in the global market
