encompass consulting secures Welsh Assembly Government eBusiness support contract

encompass consulting are pleased to announce that they have secured the contract to deliver the Welsh Assembly Government’s eBusiness project. This aims to deliver ICT support in two ways to benefit businesses throughout Wales.

Firstly, businesses can get support from one of our independent and impartial consultants to undertake an ICT diagnostic or business health check.  This process identifies opportunities for business improvement through the use of ICT where the aim is for the business to benefit from areas such as greater efficiency, productivity, profitability, competitiveness and cost cutting.

Secondly, for those businesses looking for more extensive support they can take advantage of the comprehensive eBusiness support element of the programme.  This is a complete package of skills, resources and finance where a business can use the skills of a dedicated Welsh Assembly Government Project Manager and one of our independent and impartial consultants to undertake an in-depth analysis of all the business processes and work with each individual business to draw up a package of support specific to their requirements.
